The guest apartment has its own entrance, located on the lower level of our house. The private apartment is 67 m² with 2.4-meter-high ceilings. The living room and kitchen are new, and the bathroom and two bedrooms have been remodeled.
The apartment gets plenty of natural light and features modern amenities, including central heating/air conditioning (essential for both summer and winter months), a 50-inch HD TV, high-speed wifi, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in the basement. It has a spacious interior with an open kitchen and a large bathroom, and is fully furnished with a sofa, futon, coffee/dining table with chairs, desk, and a queen-sized bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with free tips on tourist attractions and assistance with getting around New York if needed. My assistant, Alice, lives just a few minutes away and is available to handle all your questions and needs.
